Motivos que el Rey tuvo para ordenar a Macanaz, fiscal general del Consejo de Castilla, junto con Martín de Mirabal, fiscal general del Consejo de Indias, y reconocer las Regalías sobre las materias de la Inquisición. Memorial de Melchor Macanaz dirigido al Rey, suplicándole que sea oido en justicia desde La Coruña; al final de esta parte consta que nunca fué enviado al mismo</abstract>
